Provides music therapy to maximize the physical, emotional and spiritual wellness of patients with the aim of enhancing patients' overall quality of life.What You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: 5 years clinical experience with hospital-based experience, preferred. Additional experience in guided imagery, pain management, grant writing and research, preferred. Masters Degree in Music Therapy, preferred; additional Bachelor's or Master's degree in other health-related field, preferred.Bachelors Degree in Music Therapy, preferred. HS GED Certification from Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT), preferred.CPR/BLS, requiredSedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally This role is only going to cover 12 hours per week (flexible schedule).
