Join Providence Hospice of Snohomish County as a full-time Hospice Nurse Practitioner. In this position you will be the primary provider performing Face to Face recertification visits with the ability to provide symptom management visits as well, to a variety of patients in home and facility settings. You will also be a member of a provider team providing care to patients in our one-of-a-kind 16 bed inpatient hospice facility. There is plenty of opportunity to interact with highly skilled and compassionate interdisciplinary team members and provide education as appropriate. The combination of autonomy, variety, and collegiality with hospice physicians results in this unique and desirable position for an advanced practitioner.
Monday to Friday schedule
1 in 5 weekend call with 2 weekday comp days for each weekend worked
At least 2 years' experience required
Compensation between $56.27 and $70.33 per hour
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Providence Hospice of Snohomish County is a hospice program serving Snohomish County and Camano Island. This program provides quality, comprehensive medical care in the patient's home and has the additional benefit of a 16 bed in-patient unit in Everett, WA. Providence Hospice promotes optimum patient comfort through pain and symptom management, as well as by addressing psychosocial and spiritual needs.
