Open Door Family Medical Center is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Dietitian. Following the patient-centered medical home health care delivery model, the Registered Dietitian participates in a patient-focused, team-based approach to promote health and wellness among patients and staff. As part of the medical care team, the services provided by the Registered Dietitian aim to improve patient health outcomes and knowledge pertaining to nutrition. Primary responsibilities include medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education and nutrition counseling. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide 1:1 and group medical nutrition therapy, nutrition education and nutrition counseling in-person or virtually using voice or video technologies
