Tampa VA Medical Center is looking for Social Worker (Program Coordinator). The Community Nursing Home (CNH)/State Veteran Home (SVH) Coordinator is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker administratively responsible for managing the daily operations of the CNH program as well as direct patient care to those who reside in the contracted nursing home facilities. Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
