The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is accountable for the management of the clinical area under the direction of the Nurse Manager. When providing direct services to patients, acts as a role model of expert and ethical clinical nursing. The ANM functions as part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and other mental health professionals. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
