The Nursing Supervisor is administratively, professionally, and clinically responsible to the Nurse Manager of Operations and Supervision. Has developed and acquired the clinical/management experience and knowledge to be proficient in nursing skills, practice, and procedures. Manages clinically complex patients and situations related to patient care assignments, as well as clinical and administrative processes affecting the nursing units and the hospital. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
