The incumbent serves as a Nursing Assistant or as a Transportation Assistant/Escort in the Office of Patient Care Services -Nursing Service with the Southern Nevada Medical Center (VASNHS) Las Vegas, Nevada. Incumbent will normally work on the Inpatient Nursing Unit but may be required to work on other units and areas of the facility, including Float Pool, if the need arises. The incumbent reports to the Office of Patient Care Services - Nursing Services through the Associate Chief Nurse Applicants pending the completion of educational, or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
