Caregiver Support Program Nurse shall provide services to Veterans in the Caregiver Support Program. This population includes all ages of men and women. He/she will collaborate with other members of the CGS team in the screening and evaluation of the Veterans in the CGS Program, as well as serve as liaison and consultant to the inpatient, outpatient, and community agencies involved in the provision of care to the identified Veteran. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
