Career Center

The RN demonstrates a sustained high level of clinical practice and leadership to improve patient care and excellent interpersonal relationship skills in interpreting and communicating service and hospital goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to staff, patients, and the health care team. The RN promotes evidenced based practice, patient driven care. The RN identifies, educates and coaches to support self-management, prevention, and wellness, based on the patient's goals. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
