The Social Work Supervisor and program manager will service as the clinical and administrative supervisor of staff including but not limited to Contract Nursing Home/Adult Day Health Program, Spinal Cord Injury/Disease Primary Aligned Care Team social worker, Visual Impairment Services Team Coordinator, social workers within the Community Living Center and Medical Foster Home Program, as well oversee the Contract Community Nursing Home(CNH) and Contract Adult Day Health Care programs. Basic Requirements Citizenship: Citizen of the United States. Licensure: Candidate must be licensed or certified by a state at the advanced practice level, and must be able to provide supervision for licensure. Education: Master's degree in social work (MSW) from a school of social work fully accredited by th
