Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with Colorado State Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and Centura policies and standards of careWhat You Bring/Job Requirements:In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * One year of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting* Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.* Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.* EAP knowledge and experience, preferred for EAP program positions* Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field* BLS  Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly) Your Connected Community:When people and places align, incredible things happen.
