The Orthopedic Surgical Department at Littleton Adventist Hospital is a 16-bed Orthopedic unit caring for patients who have undergone elective procedures as well as those who have sustained a traumatic injury. Our group of surgeons operate throughout the week with our highest volumes mid-week. Whenever the need arises, we also accept other surgical and medical patients to our unit. On average, we care for fourpatients during the day and five during the night. Our department is known for working closely together and coworkers are often referred to as family.
