Join a well-established and mission-driven team of Hospice professionals as a full-time Hospice Medical Director for Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group serving the beautiful community of Santa Rosa, California. This is a vital leadership position where you be responsible for overseeing multiple interdisciplinary teams along with three independent contractors across two locations - one in Sonoma and one in Petaluma. This is a highly hands on and engaging role that will require candidates to participate in providing care in the field as well. Monday to Friday schedule
Mix of administrative and outpatient/home-visit responsibilities
Oversee Sonoma and Petaluma locations
Ancillary expectation for after hours
Weekend rotation for on-call
2 to 5 years' experience required in a Hospice or Palliative care setting
Must be board-certified
Compensation is between $241,472 and $295,884 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
