The General Surgical Unit at Littleton Adventist Hospital is a department with 32 beds and has a daily average of 22 patients. Our specialty is general medical, neurosurgery/spine, general surgical and trauma. We also see med/surg patients. We work very closely with both Neurosurgery One and the trauma team.There is a wide variety of medical conditions and the unit provides great exposure to a wealth of nursing knowledge. We have remote telemetry capability. Our department is a desirable place to work because of the exceptional culture.
