Team focused environmentMinimum Requirements:-Current and valid Washington state Registered Nurse Licensure-Masters Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.-Certified, or eligible, ARNP with prescriptive authority and DEA-Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, ideally at least 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner; clinical nursing care in palliative medicine, oncology, hospice, geriatrics, intensive care preferred-Training and experience in pain and symptom management preferred.-Board Certification as an advanced practice hospice and palliative care nurse by a national certifying body and oncology experience preferred.-Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
