Organization:VHCS Clinical - Private DutyJob Summary:JOB SUMMARYWorks in collaboration with the RN or a licensed healthcare team member to provide direct care to patients, both pediatric and adult in the home setting.Your Role:As a Private Duty LPN, you will travel to the patient's home to provide the prescribed care. In most cases you will remain with that patient throughout your shift. Many of Private Duty patients are pediatric.
