Interested in working in the Operating Room (OR) but don't have the experience? The OR is opening up 2 positions for RNs to train and transition to the OR! The RN provides care in a scrub and/or circulating nurse role. The OR provides surgical services to all surgical specialties and their patients within the VA system including: Cardiac, Thoracic, Dental, Eye, GYN, Gen surgery, Neurosurgery, Ortho, OTO, Plastics, Podiatry, GU and Vascular. Transplants are not done at VA Puget Sound. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
