This busy multi-specialty clinic employs family medicine, pediatric, occupational medicine and urgent care providers. SAMG-Elm is conveniently located adjacent to HCA&174; West Valley Medical Center.Full time practitioners can expect 34 patient contact hours/week. Practice call is shared with other eligible FM provider
