Job DescriptionThe Transplant Advanced Practice Provider will provide comprehensive care to abdominal transplant patients throughout the continuum from initial evaluation to include history and physical examination, listing, transplantation, and post-transplantation care. This individual will provide ongoing medical care for post-transplant recipients in the out-patient setting, be responsible for the outpatient medical and surgical management, ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests, performing surgical drain management, wound management, and making diagnoses. Ability to be a team player and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team is expected.The APP Liver
