The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a full-time, board certified, Hematologist/Oncologist. Ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Certified in Oncology. We are fully committed to providing top quality medical care by serving and honoring America’s Veterans.
Candidates must possess an MD/DO from an accredited institution, have completed residency training leading to board eligibility/certification, and possess an active, current, unrestricted license in any U.S. State.
Highlights of this opportunity:
- Potential starting base salary range: $225-$300K
- Permanent full-time position
- Daily schedule, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Provide comprehensive care to include diagnosis, treatment, follow-up and education of patients with Oncologic conditions in the outpatient and inpatient setting
- Complete documentation and coding of visits accurately to ensure time care for patients
- Evaluate, triage, and prioritize Oncology consult requests to ensure timely care for patients
- Conduct telemedicine visits for patients in outlying clinics
- No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting
