Our Neonatologists will work collaboratively, continuing these efforts to deliver exceptional care in the hospitalâ™s NICU.
Midland Memorial Hospital in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our newest program. The team in Midland will consist of two Neonatologists providing coverage in this level II NICU
18 beds between Level II
Average 2300 deliveries annually
Average daily census of 9
2 MD model, in house coverage during the day, call from home
Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III
Plan to decrease gestational age and higher acuity admits to unit over time
