The Registered Nurse - Nursing Excellence Pathway Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to Pathway to Excellence and Shared Governance. The incumbent will collaborate with nursing staff and nursing administration to create a culture dedicated to innovative, collaboration, and synergy.
