SUMMARY: Under the supervision and oversight of the Chief Hospice Administrative Officer, the Executive Director (ED) has oversight and administration of ongoing operations of HMC Clinical programs. The ED will be responsible for the effective planning, organization, administration and evaluation of the organization’s 24-hour patient and family care and services, budget / financial performance, hiring / retaining an effective and engaged workforce and quality assurance activities.  Duties include ensuring continued growth of the program and managing, contracting and developing business and community relationships.
