Addiction Medicine Nurse
The Addiction Medicine Nurse assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care based on age-specific components; using biopsychosocial concepts, cognitive skills and technical competence. Responsible for coordination of care, focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction through continuum of care. Administers medications per established policies and guidelines. Influences care outcomes by collaborating with interdisciplinary team. Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency.
