The Registered Nurse in the Mental Health Service provides full range of direct nursing care to Veteran's in any of the mental health units including the acute secured inpatient mental health unit, and the residential treatment programs of PTSD and Substance Abuse. The RN collaborates with services to facilitate care and transitions to meet the Veteran's needs and provides education based on individualized Veteran needs and goals.
