The VA Travel Nurse Corps is recruiting for ICU, Med-Surg., Telemetry, Long Term Care/Community Living Center, PCMH, PACT, Specialty Clinics, Surgery, Mental Health, Oncology/Infusion and Dialysis. RNs will be paid for the time worked, receive travel, lodging, meals, and incidental expenses competitive with private sector and in accordance with VA regulations. RNs new to VA will receive training on the special needs of Veterans and VA procedures. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. English Language Proficiency. In accordance with 38 U.S.C. 7402(d), no person shall serve in direct patient care positions unless they are proficient in basic written and spoken Engli
