The House Supervisor demonstrates leadership in delivering and improving holistic care through collaborative strategies with others. The House Supervisor provides transformational servant leadership, education, and clinical expertise using evidence-based practice to promote holistic, patient focused care throughout the VA North Texas Health Care System (VANTHCS) during holidays, weekends, evenings, and nights. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
