OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTSTrinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Team located in Shelby, Michigan.The selected candidate will join a family-oriented team of three physicians and three APPs who are engaged, supportive, and highly skilled. The team also includes a Care Manager, Behavioral Health Specialist, Pharmacist, MAs, and RNs.Office hours for the practice are 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. There are no weekends or holidays.We are open to experienced providers or new graduates; however, we prefer a provider with experience or clinical rotations in both adult medicine and pediatrics or family medicine.
