The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a developmental role that works closely with nurse manager to develop skills that demonstrate leadership and creative approaches to complex patient care. The ANM is an expert clinical nurse with an enormous background of experience now has an intuitive grasp of each situation and zeros in on the accurate region of the problem.
