The SNT/GNT Program Coordinator serves as a program leader under the direction of the Post Baccalaureate Nurse Residency Program Director with primary responsibility of the development, implementation and evaluation of the SNT/GNT program and contributes to the other associated nursing workforce pipeline programs including the Post Baccalaureate RN Residency (PB-RNR) and Registered Nurse Transition to Practice (RNTTP). Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
