Registered Nurse - Specialty Care Nurse Manager
The Specialty Care Nurse Manager provides oversight and management of nursing personnel in all specialty outpatient clinics. The incumbent is responsible for sound fiscal/human resource management, patient safety standards, customer service/patient satisfaction, hiring decisions, staffing, employee relations, standards of care/practice, the work environment and accreditation standards.
