The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) utilizes technical and manual skills under the direction of the Registered Nurse or a licensed physician in the assigned area. incumbent performs a wide range of patient care duties. The incumbent has the knowledge and skills to carry out nursing assignments for ambulatory care nursing. Competency will be validated during the orientation period, and annually thereafter. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met. Education or Training: Graduate of a school of practical
