Carl Vinson VAMC is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve in our, Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program. The NP collaborates with other disciplines to develop, implement and coordinate assisting the patient care delivery that promotes communication, teamwork, high-quality care, patient satisfaction, positive outcomes, appropriate utilization of resources and cost effective services. The NP has prescriptive authority for a panel of patients or program. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
