The VA Western New York Health Care System, Springville Community Bases Outpatient Clinic, is currently recruiting for one Registered Nurse who will serve as a Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Nurse - Assistant Manager. The Nurse uses the nursing process and evidence-based practice to collaborate with the core interdisciplinary team in the Home Based setting.
