Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland/Odessa is a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital that offers comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation services and home health care designed to return patients to leading active and independent lives.
Our hospital provides a wide range of physical rehabilitation services, a vast network of highly skilled, independent private practice physicians and Encompass Health therapists and nurses, and the most innovative equipment and rehabilitation technology, ensuring that all patients have access to the highest quality care.
BED EXPANSION
Adding +26 beds in the fall of 2022. Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Midland Odessa is successfully growing. Total hospital beds will be 86. Plenty of room for a new physician.
PM&R INPATIENT JOB DESCRIPTION HIGHLIGHTS
We are looking for a full time PM&R Inpatient Physician interested in building a practice and growing with the community. The town has the best of all worlds; beautiful sunshine, historical charm, affordable real estate and beautiful lakes nearby. The hospital proudly holds a Joint Commission Disease Specific Certification in Stroke. If you are interested we are seeking a PM&R physician to champion this program and add other neuro diagnoses certifications. QUALIFICATIONS
MD or DO with state medical license or willingness to obtain state license
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Patient-centered commitment to excellence
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Hospital-based physiatry experience required
