Hospice Quality Improvement Specialist (Registry)
The Hospice Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible gathering and tracking data for quality improvement and requirements for regulatory standards. This includes but not limited to CMS reports, notifications, and training. In addition, oversees all data and quality initiatives with staff. This role is also responsible for Corporate Compliance, SHP, and Better for the customer reports. Organizing agendas, data, and materials needed for the quarterly Quality Improvement meetings.
