Physician (Ophthalmologist)
This position supports the Ophthalmology Section of the Surgery Service. If selected, you will provide support to the eye clinic, inpatient services, eye operating room, and Emergency Department. You will follow established guidelines, ethics, polices, and protocols of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Tennessee Valley Healthcare System, and the profession. You will function as a cooperative and collegial team member with the entire staff. Duties include, but are not limited to: Primarily responsible for providing Ophthalmology care to veterans both clinically and surgically. Responsible for resident supervision per VA guidelines.
